Allen, separated, having conveyed his undivided one half interest to Sandra A. Allen, as set forth in Book 2189, Page 1375, dated 01/21/2000 and recorded 01/31/2000, Catawba County Records, State of North Carolina. Trustee may, in the Trustee’s sole discretion, delay the sale for up to one hour as provided in N.C.G.S. §45-21.23.
